How I Work
Principles // 04
Systems Thinking
I design for the architecture around a feature, not just the feature itself.
Craft Over Shortcuts
Fast is good; fast and durable is better. I'd rather fix root causes than symptoms.
Clear Communication
Docs, PR descriptions, and hand-offs written so the next person doesn't have to guess.
Ship & Iterate
Small, reviewable increments beat big-bang releases every time.
